The Business Central app for Teams lets anyone pull a live customer, vendor or item card into a chat or channel, so discussions happen with the actual record in view. Approvals can be actioned in Teams, and a meeting about an account opens with the account already on screen.
It is also an effective way to give occasional users access to ERP information without a full licence or a training programme.
