Customers are the data controllers for personal data stored within their Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics CRM, or other SaaS environments.
MicroCloud 360 acts as a data processor and processes such data only in accordance with customer instructions, contractual obligations, and applicable law. Where required, we enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with customers.
8International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be processed or stored in countries outside your country of residence, including where our cloud providers, partners, or support teams operate.
Where required by law (including GDPR), international transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent lawful mechanisms.
