Microsoft ERP solutions
An ERP is the system your whole business ends up running on, so getting it right matters more than almost any other technology decision you make. Microsoft has led this space for decades, carrying mid-sized businesses from Navision through Dynamics NAV and GP and now to Dynamics 365 Business Central in the cloud. Business Central brings finance, inventory, manufacturing and projects into one place — with the reach of a full ERP and none of the weight of an enterprise one. Implementing it, and moving legacy NAV and GP systems across to it, is the work we know best.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
The modern cloud ERP at the centre of everything we do.
Business Central brings finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing and project management into one connected system, delivered from the Microsoft cloud and updated continuously. Because it shares a data platform and sign-in with Microsoft 365, your team works in familiar territory rather than learning a new world. For a growing business it offers the depth of a full ERP without the infrastructure, cost or implementation timeline of an enterprise platform.
We implement, extend and support Business Central across manufacturing, distribution, retail and professional services, and where the standard product needed to go further, we have built six extensions of our own.
- Finance and multi-entity consolidation
- Manufacturing and warehousing
- Continuous cloud updates
Microsoft Dynamics GP
Great Plains has served you well. Microsoft has now set the date.
Dynamics GP has been a dependable finance system for small and mid-sized organisations for more than twenty-five years, and many teams know it inside out. Microsoft has now confirmed the timeline: new perpetual licences ended in April 2025 and new subscriptions in April 2026; product enhancements, regulatory and tax updates and technical support conclude on 31 December 2029; final security patches are issued on 30 April 2031.
A considered move from GP to Business Central typically runs nine to eighteen months once evaluation, data migration, testing and training are accounted for, which makes the period ahead a comfortable planning window rather than an urgent one. We begin with the historical data question, because for most GP customers that single decision shapes everything that follows.
- GP to Business Central migration
- Historical data strategy
- Continued GP support
